Saturn® Fasteners, Inc. was founded and incorporated in 1989 by Raymond and Laura Barker.
Since then, Saturn® has grown to a multimillion dollar a year company based on product quality and on time delivery.

Originally starting out as a family owned business, Saturn® was acquired by Acument® Global Technologies in early 2008. With corporate offices located in Troy, Michigan, Acument® has a long history of involvement in both the industrial and aerospace fastening business, including development of the TORX PLUS® Drive System.
Acument® Aerospace, the global aerospace component of Acument® Global Technologies, is committed to maximizing Saturn's manufacturing capabilities and business practices. The acquisition has proven to be a perfect match for Saturn®.
